Start Date:  ASAP (Flexible) Location:  Marietta, GA Contract Length:  13 Weeks Weekly Pay:   $1,900/week (includes stipend) Shift:  6:45 PM – 7:15 AM and 6:45 AM-7:15 PM |  Every other weekend 2 major, 2 minor Holidays Radius Rule:  Must live  50+ miles from facility for Travel pay Responsibilities Provide direct patient care with a focus on individualized patient assessments, planning, and implementation. Administer medications and manage intravenous (IV) therapies in compliance with established protocols and best practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans based on patient needs and progress. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members. Educate patients and their families on discharge instructions, health maintenance, and treatment objectives. Document all nursing care accurately, timely, and in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Georgia or compact state. Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience in a hospital setting. BLS and ACLS certifications required; certifications must be current and valid. Ability to work night and day shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. IV Heparin administration Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient advocacy and support. Ability to adapt to different clinical environments and remain flexible in a fast-paced work setting.
