Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Read diagrams and schematic drawings, and service manuals to determine work procedures. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair overhead cranes. Repair hoists, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical components. Maintain electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical knowledge via ongoing training, industry workshops, and technical reading. Carry out a preventative maintenance program for onshore and offshore cranes. Observe competitive activities. Contribute to the company's image and reputation. Manage and maintain assigned tools and equipment. Maintain and follow driving guidelines for the assigned company vehicle. Must be able to identify all types of crane components. Identify and request replacement parts in order to perform repairs. Complete all paperwork thoroughly and in a timely fashion. Follow and comply with Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions. Understand and comply with all Safety and Environmental requirements. Prepare cranes and other lifting equipment for ROK inspection, arrange all paper work. BS in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent diploma. Must have Liebherr/Litronic system calibration training certificates, Liebherr RL/BOS crane maintenance, inspection and overhaul training certificates. Minimum of ten (10) years' experience working  (i.e, diagnosing/troubleshooting) on lifting equipment and accessories and Offshore pedestal cranes (Liebherr). Understand full operations of pneumatic, electric, mechanical principles, machinery alignment, rigging etc. Must be familiar with crane rigging procedures. Relevant crane and lifting equipment maintenance and trade records, e.g. training records in crane hydraulic system, electrical system, crane SCADA system calibration etc. English proficiency in verbal and written communication, upper intermediate level. Leadership skills in the areas of Authenticity, Growth, Collaboration and Performance. Able to perform tasks independently.
