EnerMech is seeking an experienced site admin to join the team at Lytton Refinery in Brisbane on a full-time role. Key Responsibilities: Diary Management, including site training dates; training, maintain training and equipment registers, organise and source suppliers. Assist with onboarding, inductions, and site access processes. Maintain site personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy requirements. Ensuring accurate and timely management of the overall accounts and invoicing process in conjunction with the accounts team. Undertake bookings for accommodation, travel and other bookings administration as requested for team Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role: Proven experience in an administrative role with a good understanding of office support systems and administrative tasks. Previous experience with Success Factors and Kronos High levels of written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with excellent attention to detail. Excellent planning skills with the ability work well under pressure. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships as well as the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders. Ability to learn new skills and tasks and adapt to a changing work environment.
