The Role and Responsibilities EnerMech currently have an opportunity for a Hydraulic Engineer to join the Engineering team based in Aberdeen. You will join a busy and growing team working on projects supporting our Cranes & Lifting Engineering team. In this role you will be responsible for safely undertaking duties within a multi-disciplinary team, from initial kick off to issue of deliverables. Other main duties will include: Responsible for the delivery of technical work scopes Contributing to teams of Project Manager, Lead, Senior & Project Engineers for the purpose of delivering our clients projects including management of and communication with 3rd party suppliers, sub-contractors and EnerMech service departments Responsible for providing innovative designs to solve client needs To be involved in the testing of unit designs The Requirements You will be degree qualified in Hydraulics or Mechanical Engineering or hold a similar qualification with relevant experience. As a professional engineer you will be able to manage your time and conflicting priorities whilst adapting to change and seeking out opportunities and guidance when required.
