Our many opportunities can lead to infinite possibilities .   What you will be doing Refine contents on the brand.com portal (Sony Store Online) Improve and enhance the Sony Store shop portal on marketplace to ensure content performs more effectively for the platform Student Recruitment project into My Sony Rewards program What you should have UX, copywriting and design skill sets Hands-on experience with using Canva for small design work Learning Outcomes How to refine contents for online platforms, improving its effectiveness in driving engagement and sales. How to navigate and manage product listings and content on marketplace platforms Gain an understanding of how to ensure certain level of content consistency across different online stores and marketplaces, which is crucial for maintaining brand identity and performance. Through the student recruitment project into the My Sony Rewards program, learn about customer loyalty program, focusing on how to effectively/efficiently recruit, engage and retain customers through rewards and incentives.
