Collaborate with Center of Interest (COI) Marketing Managers to gain deep insights into target customers’ needs, behaviour, and media consumption. Oversee creative production and ensure quality across all marcom assets and touchpoints. Learning Outcomes: Gain experience in planning marketing campaigns/events that relates to target audience, from objective to key messages. Cross-Functional & external collaborations with marketing manager, production houses, KOLs, creative agency to achieve marketing goals with creative output. Gain hands-on experience in planning marketing calendars, adapting content for different platforms, and understanding what works across different touchpoints. Requirements: Proactive, curious, willing to learn. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
