The Associate Consultant, Commercial Excellence is a hands-on, execution-focused consulting role supporting Prominence’s growing presence in the life sciences. This role partners closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to design, customize, and deliver client-ready commercial solutions that translate strategy into practical tools, frameworks, and learning resources that drive behavior change and performance improvement.  The Associate Consultant brings foundational pharmaceutical or life sciences industry knowledge and applies structured thinking, learning principles, and consultative problem-solving to tailor proprietary methodologies to real-world client contexts. Success in this role requires curiosity, strong attention to detail, comfort working across commercial and adjacent functions, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work aligned with Prominence’s standards, values, and expanding our presence in the life sciences.  Essential Functions and Responsibilities Customer-Centered Solution Development  Support diagnostic and discovery efforts by gathering, organizing, and synthesizing client, market, and role-specific insights.  Apply foundational instructional design and adult learning principles to ensure resources are practical, engaging, and effective for commercial audiences.  Customize Prominence frameworks, tools, and learning materials – such as account planning approaches, playbooks, and learning journeys – to reflect specific therapeutic areas, commercial models, and role expectations.  Adapt solutions for a range of engagement scopes, from single-role initiatives to multi-therapeutic-area, multi-role deployments.  Ensure all deliverables are practical, relevant, and grounded in client realities rather than off-the-shelf solutions.  Continuously refine materials based on client feedback, evolving market dynamics, and emerging commercial challenges.  Consulting Execution and Client Engagement  Support initiatives across commercial excellence focus areas, including strategic account management, customer segmentation, stakeholder mapping, and value-based engagement.  Participate in internal and client meetings with professionalism, preparation, and growing consultative confidence.  Collaborate with consulting team members to analyze customer and market data that informs solution design and commercial recommendations.  Incorporate feedback from senior consultants and client stakeholders to improve solution quality and impact.  Operational Excellence and Delivery Quality  Manage assigned tasks and timelines across multiple projects with strong attention to detail, quality, and follow-through.  Develop polished, client-ready deliverables including presentations, documents, and tools that meet Prominence’s standards for clarity, accuracy, and strategic value.  Adhere to consulting best practices, confidentiality requirements, and quality expectations in all work products and interactions.
