At Treetop, we hire for heart and train for skill. You will complete your 40-hour RBT coursework, pass your certification exam, and start working one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. WHAT YOU NEED Required High school diploma or equivalent Experience with children (tutoring, childcare, camps, paraprofessional, classroom, or similar) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations if needed Ability to complete RBT training and certification within first two weeks (three week process end-to-end) Must attend in-person training at our Savannah, GA clinic (within 60 miles) At least 18 years old Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and move actively with young children throughout the day Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Preferred (Not Required) Pursuing or completed a degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field Interest in a long-term career in ABA therapy or behavioral health CPR/First Aid certification (we will provide if needed) SCHEDULE & LOCATION Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime and evening hours.  Locations: Clinic-based, in-home, or a combination based on your assignment.
