Why Join Worth AI High-impact role with ownership and autonomy Work directly with founders and leadership Opportunity to help scale a fast-growing fintech startup Strong, collaborative, and high-performance culture Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus) Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, go-to-market, and corporate roles Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking Build strong, qualified talent pipelines Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership on hiring strategy Screen candidates and drive interview processes efficiently Manage offers, negotiations, and candidate closing Deliver an exceptional candidate experience Track and manage candidate pipelines using our ATS (Workable) This role requires proactive sourcing  not just managing inbound applicants. HR Generalist Responsibilities Support onboarding and offboarding processes Ensure completion of employee documentation, including I-9 and compliance requirements Experienced maintain detailed and accurate employee records and HR systems Support employee relations and employee inquiries Assist with benefits administration and People programs Conduct orientation and onboarding Help support performance management and employee lifecycle processes Contribute to building scalable HR processes as we grow 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment Strong ownership mentality and ability to operate independently Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience recruiting engineering, data science, and technical roles Degree in Human Resources or HR certification preferred Experience supporting HR Generalist responsibilities Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (Workable preferred) Experience in SaaS, fintech, or startup environments Proven experience hiring high volume 50 + technical hires per year  Who You Are A proactive recruiter who hunts for talent Comfortable sourcing passive candidates daily Strong closer who can build relationships and secure top talent Organized and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments Excited to help build and scale a company This role is based in our Winter Park, Florida Office
