Education: A Bachelor’s degree in IT, or a related discipline. Experience: A fresh graduate or a professional with less than 1 year of experience. Communication: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Qualifications: Understanding of programming fundamentals (e.g. SQL, Python, VB) and reporting tools (e.g. Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI). Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to details Proactive and organized personality The "Sony" Mindset: Strategic Mindset: Ability to identify opportunities for improving efficiency through AI and other technologies. Relationship Management: Skilled at working with internal and external partners to achieve shared marketing goals. Analytical Ability: Comfortable reviewing financial data and marketing metrics to guide decision-making.
