B2B Business Development Manager For : Sony France, a division of Sony Europe B.V._ Consumer Location: Puteaux (France) Localisation prioritaire en région Parisienne (au siège de Puteaux et sur le terrain) et disponible pour des déplacements réguliers en province. Rejoignez Sony pour piloter le développement commercial B2B des solutions d'imagerie numérique en France. Vous jouerez un rôle clé pour booster notre part de marché dans des segments stratégiques (industrie, médias, sécurité, drone, photogrammétrie, éducation, gouvernement…) en transformant des opportunités techniques en opportunités commerciales . Vous serez responsable de : Développer le pipeline B2B et la part de marché Sony sur le périmètre imagerie numérique (box solutions et intégrations via SDK). Prospecter (démarchage direct, appels d’offres publics/privés) et qualifier des opportunités sur des secteurs variés : industrie, médias, sécurité, transport, défense, drone, photogrammétrie, etc. Gérer les ventes et la profitabilité des comptes dont vous avez la responsabilité ; piloter les négociations commerciales. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec notre réseau de distributeurs pour étendre le portefeuille clients et identifier de nouveaux partenaires commerciaux. Collaborer avec les chefs de produit de Sony pour apporter des informations techniques, réaliser des démonstrations et accompagner les réponses aux appels d’offres. Accompagner les équipes terrain de Sony et piloter des projets stratégiques de développement commercial. Suivre et analyser la performance commerciale, remonter les tendances du marché et la veille concurrentielle au niveau national et européen. Utiliser Microsoft Dynamics pour gérer le pipeline, les devis, le suivi CA et la planification des activités. Profil recherché Master commerce et/ou ingénierie Expérience confirmée en développement commercial B2B, idéalement sur des solutions hardwsare/software Expertise en produit d’Imagerie Numérique (Photo / Vidéo) Esprit entrepreneurial, créativité commerciale et sens du leadership pour piloter des projets transverses Maîtrise de Microsoft Dynamics (ou CRM équivalent) et bonnes compétences analytiques Anglais professionnel souhaité Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution Esprit collaboratif et capacité à travailler au sein d'une organisation matricielle Capacité à présenter/négocier à tous les niveaux Your new office Puteaux Our office in Puteaux is in the heart of the French business district - La Défense – which is easily accessible by public transport and has a large shopping centre nearby.
