Location(s): Argentina City/Cities: Capital Federal Travel Required: 51% - 75% Relocation Provided: No Job Posting End Date: February 27, 2026 Shift: Job Description Summary: As the Senior Manager, Technical Operations   South   ( Arg e ntina , Ur uguay , Par aguay , Chile y Bolivia )   LATAM you will provide strategic technical leadership across   E2E   supply chain   and Quality   /   Food Safety   programs and requirements   for one of Coca-Cola’s most dynamic and complex regional networks. You will drive operational excellence, champion collaborative partnerships with bottling partners, and spearhead initiatives designed to maximize efficiency, reliability,   quality and food safety requirements   and cost-effectiveness in all   bottler’s   operations.     What You'll Do for Us: Technical Leadership: Deliver strategic and technical guidance to bottling partners and internal teams, supporting all Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (TI&SC) functions to achieve business objectives.   Support and   assure that   the assigned Bottlers and bottling plants in the execution   of   Q uality , Food Safety and Environmental   initiatives and programs .    Operational Excellence: Oversee and continuously improve day-to-day supply   chain   activities   and   Q uality and Food Safety   practices , in line with best practices and company   objectives .   Integrated Supply Chain Planning: Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to schedules and operational procedures; guarantee that supply chain activities are   closely integrated   with commercial, finance, and manufacturing.   Supplier and Vendor Management:  Establish   and manage senior relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure resilient, high-performance supply chains.   Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of challenging the status quo by experimenting, adapting, and implementing agile solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs.   Risk and Performance Management:  Identify   and mitigate risks affecting supply operations; track KPIs and drive actions to achieve volume, cost, quality   and food safety , and service targets.   Collaboration and Influence: Partner with internal stakeholders ( QSE,   Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing) and bottler teams to ensure   business   continuity and foster a people-centric, collaborative culture.     Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).   Minimum 7 years of increasing responsibility in supply chain,   logistics , or technical operations, ideally in FMCG, beverages, or a multinational environment.   Very good   understanding of technical risk management, technical governance, project management   framework   and methodologies, QSE metrics and commercialization processes   (KORE requirements) .    Prior experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional operations and managing relationships with key suppliers and vendors.   Strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills, with proven capability in driving operational improvements and transformative initiatives.   Excellent communication abilities in both Spanish and English.     Core Competencies   Technical & Operational Leadership   Governance, Quality & Compliance   Strategic Planning & Project Execution   End-to-End Supply Chain Management   Cross-functional Collaboration   Risk Management & Problem Solving   Data-driven Decision Making   Effective Communication & Influence     Preferred Experience   Technical operations management across   South Cluster   and/or LATAM.   Leading supply chain transformation or optimization in multi-bottler environments.   Implementing digitalization or automation initiatives in supply chain processes.   What We Can Do  For  You      Flexible Time:   As a   company   we support collaboration, getting work done effectively and providing employees with the flexibility they need on an individual basis.   Global Connections:   Allows you to develop,   enhance   and   maintain   global connections that allow us to act faster and learn from people all over the world.   Leadership Development Programs:   We have a wealth of continuous learning opportunities to help you grow and develop as an inspirational leader.   Belonging to a Community:   We are an   Organization   that believes in our ability to continually grow and build the right atmosphere where people feel safe and empowered, allowing everyone to bring their best to work.   Diverse Customers:   We work with thousands of customers each   day   which range from international large-retail chains, grocery stores, restaurants, airports, and so many more.   Skills: Cross-Functional Teamwork, Efficiency Optimization, Program Management, Quality by Design, Risk Assessments, Technical Innovation Our Purpose and Growth Culture: We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
