Le département Industry Excellence System propose des stages destinés à des étudiants motivés souhaitant contribuer au déploiement des standards d’excellence industrielle, à l’amélioration continue et à la performance globale des ateliers. Lieu : Renault Casablanca – SOMACA, Maroc Durée : 4 à 6 mois Profil : Bac+5 Méthodes, Génie Industriel, Lean Manufacturing, Management de la Production.   Compétences souhaitées : • Outils Lean Manufacturing : 5S, Kaizen, VSM, Standard Work • Analyse de flux et optimisation des postes de travail • Connaissance des systèmes d’excellence industrielle • Capacité à structurer et déployer des standards opérationnels • Maîtrise d’Excel, PowerPoint et outils collaboratifs • Sens de l’observation terrain, rigueur et esprit d’amélioration continue Missions principales : • Participer au déploiement des standards du Industry Excellence System dans les différents ateliers (Tôlerie, Montage, Peinture, Logistique…) • Analyser les postes de travail, identifier les gaspillages (Mudas) et proposer des plans d’amélioration • Co-animer des chantiers d’amélioration continue : 5S, ergonomie, flux, réduction des temps non productifs • Réaliser des mesures terrain (temps, déplacements, ergonomie) et contribuer à l’élaboration du Standard Work • Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans l’appropriation des pratiques du système d’excellence Job Family Manufacturing Contract Duration 6 months Renault Group is committed to creating an inclusive working environment and the conditions for each of us to bring their passion, perform to the full and grow, whilst being themselves.   We find strength in our diversity and we are engaged to ensure equal employment opportunities regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, etc. If you have a disability or special need requiring layout of the workstation or work schedule, please let us know by completing this form.
