Company SOMACA Job Description SOMACA lance sa campagne de stages PFE 2026 ! Le département Contrôle de Gestion propose des stages destinés à des étudiants souhaitant contribuer au pilotage de la performance financière, au suivi des coûts industriels et à l’amélioration des outils d’analyse économique du site. Lieu : Renault Casablanca – SOMACA, Maroc Durée : 4 à 6 mois Profil : Master Contrôle de Gestion, écoles de commerce.   Compétences souhaitées : • Connaissance des bases du contrôle de gestion : coûts, budgets, écarts, KPI • Aisance en analyse financière et traitement de données • Rigueur, sens des chiffres et capacité de synthèse • Connaissance des ERP ou outils de reporting (SAP, BI…) – un plus • Capacité à travailler avec les équipes opérationnelles et industrielles • Maîtrise d’Excel avancé (TCD, formules, automatisation)   Missions principales : • Participer au suivi mensuel des coûts de production et analyser les écarts (réel vs budget) • Contribuer à la préparation des reportings financiers et tableaux de bord du site et départements • Réaliser des analyses de performance par atelier : consommation, heures, productivité, dépenses • Mettre à jour et améliorer les outils de pilotage et modèles Excel utilisés par le département et contribuer à l’analyse des indicateurs industriels • Proposer des actions d’amélioration visant à renforcer la maîtrise des coûts et l’efficacité économique Job Family Finance & Control Contract Duration 5 months Renault Group is committed to creating an inclusive working environment and the conditions for each of us to bring their passion, perform to the full and grow, whilst being themselves.   We find strength in our diversity and we are engaged to ensure equal employment opportunities regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, etc. If you have a disability or special need requiring layout of the workstation or work schedule, please let us know by completing this form.
