Company AMPERE CLEON Job Description Votre environnement  Au sein de la direction médicale d'AMPERE Cléon, rattaché au médecin du travail en tant qu’infirmier/infirmière, vous devrez organiser et assurer les visites médicales annuelles, les surveillances spécifiques des salariés exposés, assurer les premiers soins en cas de passage à l’infirmerie, intervenir sur le lieu de travail en cas d’accident. Le poste est basé à Cleon(France) en CDI. Vos missions Organiser des visites médicales des médecins + Réalisation d’examens complémentaires Prendre en charge des soins et des urgences Gérer des accidents du travail Réaliser les visites prévues dans le cadre du décret n° 2016 -1908 du décret du 27/12/2016 Participer à des études de poste de travail en lien avec les médecins du travail et l’ergonome Gérer des stocks de médicaments et de matériels médicaux Participer à l’élaboration de journées de prévention Participer aux campagnes de vaccination et de don du sang Assurer un maillage performant avec les différents prestataires de la fabrication (Ingénierie, maintenance, qualité, Ressources Humaines .....) Liaisons fonctionnelles (partenaires-fournisseurs…) Techniciens conditions de travail, RRH, managers. Votre profil Diplôme D’infirmier diplômé d’Etat Sante au Travail  Min 1-2 ans expérience professionnelle en tant qu'infimier/infirmière (gestion des urgences) en santé au travail Une première expérience professionnelle en milieux industriel est un plus. Aptitudes personnelles et expériences souhaitables Capacité d’écoute Discrétion Rigueur Esprit d’équipe Résistance au stress Réactivité face aux urgences Savoir faire preuve d’initiative et être force de proposition Respect du secret professionnel Empathie tout en gardant distance et objectivité Vous vous reconnaissez dans cette annonce ?
