Nurse Case Manager - Clinic Setting Location: Wolf Point, MT We are seeking an experienced Nurse Case Manager for a 1-year contract with an ASAP start. This role focuses on coordinating patient care, managing case plans, and ensuring quality outcomes in a clinic environment.
