Job Description Contexte et environnement de travail :   Intégrer ce stage, c’est rejoindre l’After-Sales Supply Chain (ASC) , la branche logistique du Service Après-Vente de Renault Group , un acteur majeur de l’industrie automobile. Basée à Puiseux-Pontoise (95) , notre équipe évolue au cœur d’un entrepôt logistique , où performance opérationnelle et excellence humaine vont de pair. Le ou la stagiaire sera rattaché(e) à la Responsable Ressources et Compétences de l’ASC, et interviendra en appui sur des missions RH variées et transverses. Il ou elle collaborera avec différents interlocuteurs internes et contribuera activement à des sujets RH à fort impact :   Vos missions :  Formation & Développement Participer à la création et à la diffusion de la newsletter formation ​ Gestion des référentiels RH Mettre à jour les fiches de poste Actualiser les contenus RH sur l’intranet ASC Recrutement & Suivi RH Enregistrer les candidatures reçues Analyse & Reporting Contribuer à la réalisation de reportings RH Suivre et mettre à jour les tableaux de bord liés à la formation Aider au suivi de l’avancement de la campagne d’entretiens annuels Qui êtes-vous ?   Étudiant(e) en Ressources Humaines, Gestion, Administration, niveau Bac+3 à Bac+5 (BTS, Licence, Master, école de commerce ou université). Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ; la connaissance de SharePoint ou d’un outil de reporting est un plus. Capacité à structurer l’information, à suivre des indicateurs et à produire des tableaux de bord. Aisance rédactionnelle pour contribuer à la communication RH (newsletter, intranet). Sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle. Autonomie, proactivité et sens des responsabilités. Bon relationnel, goût pour le travail en équipe et la collaboration avec des interlocuteurs variés.
