Travel Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility (Pediatric Population)  📍 Lake Havasu, AZ 🕒 13-Week Assignment | 36 Hours per Week 💲 $64–$70 per hour 🚀 Start Date: Flexible 🔁 Permanent Placement Possible We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Lake Havasu, Arizona, working primarily with a pediatric population. Assignment Details 13-week travel contract 36 hours per week Day shift Skilled Nursing Facility setting Pediatric patient focus Start ASAP Permanent placement may be available for interested candidates Compensation $64–$70/hour, based on experience Weekly pay available Key Responsibilities Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled physical therapy services to children in a SNF setting Track progress and modify treatment plans as needed Accurately document treatments and outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to support optimal development and mobility Qualifications Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Pediatric experience required or strongly preferred SNF experience a plus Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to start ASAP Why Lake Havasu, AZ?
