Company Renault Tanger Exploit Job Description Contexte : Renault Tanger Exploitation propose des stages de fin d’études 2026 destinés aux étudiants souhaitant contribuer à des projets stratégiques dans les domaines de la finance et du contrôle de gestion. Ces stages offrent l’opportunité de participer à l’optimisation des processus financiers, à l’amélioration des outils de pilotage et à la digitalisation des pratiques de gestion. Les stagiaires auront un rôle clé dans le développement de solutions innovantes visant à renforcer la performance économique et la réactivité de l’entreprise. Profils recherchés : Étudiants en dernière année d’une formation en finance , contrôle de gestion , audit , gestion , ou école d’ingénieurs avec spécialisation financière . Capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et esprit critique. Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et autonomie dans la gestion des missions. Forte motivation pour évoluer dans un environnement industriel exigeant et dynamique. Aisance relationnelle et capacité à travailler en équipe. Connaissances souhaitées : Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, en particulier Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules avancées). Connaissances des outils de Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, ou équivalents). Notions de comptabilité analytique, contrôle budgétaire et analyse de performance. Compréhension des processus financiers : clôtures, reporting, indicateurs de performance (KPI), tableaux de bord. Une première expérience (stage ou projet) dans la finance ou le contrôle de gestion est un plus.
