Company Renault Tanger Exploit Job Description Contexte : Renault Tanger Exploitation propose des stages de fin d’études destinés aux étudiants souhaitant contribuer à des projets stratégiques dans les domaines de la finance, du contrôle de gestion et de l’ingénierie industrielle. Ces stages offrent l’opportunité de participer à des missions variées telles que l’optimisation des coûts , le contrôle qualité des nomenclatures, et l’analyse des PRF moteurs et la détection des causes racine des écarts. Les stagiaires joueront un rôle clé dans le développement de solutions innovantes visant à : Renforcer la performance économique et opérationnelle d’usine. Améliorer la fiabilité et la qualité des données et processus industriels. Contribuer à la digitalisation et à l’automatisation des pratiques de gestion et de production. Profils recherchés Étudiants en Finance , Contrôle de Gestion , Audit ou Ingénierie industrielle/mécanique , en dernière année de Bac+4 ou Bac+5. Forte capacité d’analyse, esprit critique et rigueur dans le traitement des données. Autonomie, sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer des projets de manière proactive. Aisance relationnelle et aptitude au travail en équipe multidisciplinaire. Motivation pour évoluer dans un environnement industriel exigeant et dynamique, avec un intérêt pour l’optimisation de la performance et l’innovation. Connaissances souhaitées Outils bureautiques et analyse de données : Maîtrise d’Excel (formules avancées, tableaux croisés dynamiques, macros), connaissance des outils de Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau ou équivalents). Finance et contrôle de gestion : Notions de comptabilité analytique, contrôle budgétaire, analyse des coûts (COGS), reporting et KPI (Coût, Productivité, Qualité, Fiabilité, Sécurité). Qualité et industrialisation : Connaissance des processus industriels, nomenclature BOM, PRF moteurs, détection des causes racines et optimisation de la production. Compétences transverses : Capacité à proposer des solutions innovantes, analyser les écarts, automatiser les processus et participer à la digitalisation des pratiques de gestion et de production.
