About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead development for our Web Platform in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires strong decision-making skills, adaptability, and the ability to deliver high-quality products aligned with business goals and customer needs. You will partner closely with product managers, development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate product vision into impactful software solutions. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of web application development, excels in Agile methodologies, and approaches problem-solving with reliability and initiative. This is a hybrid position based out of our Downtown Phoenix corporate office.    Essential Responsibilities Product Ownership & Delivery Create, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog aligned with product vision and business objectives. Prioritize features and stories within sprints to maximize customer value. Ensure backlog items are clearly defined, understood, and properly estimated. Facilitate sprint planning, discovery sessions, and translation of requirements into actionable user stories. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure features meet customer needs and are delivered on schedule. Serve as a subject matter expert for the product domain and a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Partner with development, design, and QA teams to maintain product quality and consistency. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay current with industry trends, web and API technologies, and Agile best practices to drive product innovation. Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experiences. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role. Hands-on experience with business process and requirements analysis. Strong understanding of API and web application development. Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Excellent decision-making, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with user-centered design principles and web usability best practices. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without formal authority.
