Track contract deadlines, renewal dates, insurance requirements, and related compliance obligations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with delegation-of-authority and signature policies. Corporate Governance Maintain and update corporate records, entity filings, organizational charts, and compliance calendars. Prepare and file annual reports, state registrations, and business licenses. Assist with board of directors and committee materials, including resolutions, written consents, minute books, and meeting preparation. Support the legal team by compiling corporate documents, contracts, organizational information, and regulatory filings. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external counsel as needed to support transactional activities. Compliance & Policy Support Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating corporate policies, standard templates, and compliance documentation. Support the implementation and monitoring of internal compliance programs, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and other regulatory requirements. Evaluate, track, and organize vendor compliance documentation, such as SOC reports and cybersecurity insurance materials. Legal Research & Department Support Conduct legal and regulatory research related to corporate, commercial, and compliance matters. Summarize research findings and prepare briefing materials for attorney review. Organize legal files, contract repositories, and internal databases. Facilitate communication among internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and third parties. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by legal leadership. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program. Three (3) or more years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate, commercial, or in-house legal department.
