Company MOBILIZE LEASE & CO UK LTD Job Description Reporting to the Head of Sales, the job-holder contributes actively to the attainment of SLbM’s commercial & financial objectives specifically in the broker market and SLbM’s direct interaction with established  brokers.   This role is dedicated to maximizing, sustainable direct broker relationships to grow SLbM’s footprint in the broker segment and increase its volume and broker share across all OEM brands from a sales and SMR perspective. Responsible for growing SLbM direct broker contract and SMR volumes. Responsible for developing incremental SLbM growth within broker space. Specific focus on SMR penetration. Integrated with key broker personnel to ensure alignment with all relevant broker opportunities to ensure SLbM gains sufficient share of voice/opportunities to write business. Identification of target brokers based on key set parameters. Alignment with alliance brands and broker to ensure joint SLbM/Brand actions and initiatives when possible. Responsible for onboarding process with broker including completion of legal contract and organisation of relevant training. Monthly review meetings with brokers to review performance, share best practice & maximise SLbM  volumes. Compliance – ensure all brokers are operating in manner which befits an SLbM broker. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Expert finance knowledge, in particular Contract Hire Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present to Board Directors of Brokers Self-starter/self-sufficient Strong influencing & negotiation skills Strong stakeholder management skills.
