Plan, implement and optimize promotional campaigns aligned with brand objectives and achieve targeted growth Develop compelling content and utilize Meta and Google Ads to boost brand awareness and customer engagement Collaborate effectively with sales teams to define requirements and ensure alignment on business strategy Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to contribute innovative ideas on campaigns Support SMART goals and provide actionable strategic marketing insights for ad performance and revenue optimization Plan and optimize the digital ad strategies and spend efficiency Participate in on-/off-line marketing event & activities when necessary Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by superior Degree or above in Creative Media, Marketing, Journalism, Statistics, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5 Minimum 8 year of marketing and digital experience is preferable, prior experience in banking and finance industries and knowledge of consumer lending & credit card business is preferred Strong creativity with a deep understanding of digital and social media trends, proficiency in using AI tools is a plus Possess knowledge of graphic design, photo & video shooting and editing Results focused, with a track record of achievement Creative, detailed mindset with multi-tasking and project management skills Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, self-motivated with can-do attitude Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both Chinese and English Be responsive with ability to work independently under pressure Immediately available is highly preferred
