Execute legal proceedings as instructed by supervisor ranging from information gathering to liaising with the solicitors to ensure the progress is on schedule and on the right track Review all legal documents of the Company vetted by solicitors Preferred with knowledge of perusal of commercial contract Follow-up with existing customers on loan repayment and redemption in professional and integrity way Keep good filing works of the legal documents Diploma in Legal Studies is highly preferred, or equivalent qualifications, as well as HKQF level 3 At least 2 years of legal working experience in litigation and/ or conveyancing matters is preferable Possess knowledge in legal documents including but not limited to court documents (i.e. pleadings, judgement and legal research), land search, mortgage and discharge Self-motivated, attentive to details with strong sense of responsibility Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Proficient in Microsoft Office Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
