Provide clerical and administrative support to sales team Handle enquiries through email/phone in a professional and responsive manner Introduce company's products to potential customers by phone Review and check with loan application documents complying with the company policies Prepare contracting documents and corresponding paper work Monitor loan amount transaction and follow-up with relevant parties when necessary Prepare various reports and letters as per required Handle any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in any discipline, HKQF Level 4 or equivalent; Minimum 1 year sales support and administrative working experience is highly preferred; Knowledge of sales or credit approval operations is an advantage, but not mandatory; Good organization and multi-tasking skills, able to work under time constraints and meet deadlines; Proactive, detail-minded and responsible, with good team spirit; Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with fast typing speed in both Chinese and English; Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Fresh graduates are welcome; immediate availability is highly preferred.
