Provide clerical and administrative support to sales team Promote loan refinance service to existing customers by phone Handle potential customer cases and enquiries in professional manner Perform contracting review and checking Monitor loan amount transaction Follow-up and liaise with relevant parties in application process when necessary Prepare various reports and letters as requested Handle any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by direct supervisor Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in any discipline, HKQF level 4 or equivalent Minimum 1 years’ working experience in sales support and administration Proficiency in both English and Chinese Able to manage multi-tasking and committed to meet deadlines Proactive, detail-minded and commit to the job Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint, with fast typing speed (Chinese and English) Sound knowledge of Loan products Immediate available is highly preferred Fresh graduates will also be considered
