Key Responsibilities: Devise and execute a strategic sales plan for Managed Services and Outsourcing offerings. Present our managed services solutions to prospective clients, tailored to their specific needs. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure optimal profitability for the company. Provide detailed sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in Managed Services or Outsourcing. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and sales performance metrics. Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales management tools. Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork across various departments. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
