Company RENAULT s.a.s. Job Description Votre environnement : Le service Qualité de l’atelier Usinage recherche son/sa futur(e) stagiaire pour contribuer à l’amélioration continue de la performance. Intégré(e) à une équipe dynamique, vous participerez à des projets concrets visant à optimiser les opérations liées à la qualité, en lien direct avec les équipes terrain et les pilotes de performance. Le stage est basé à Le Mans pour une durée de 4 à 6 mois. Vos missions : Réaliser des observations terrain sur les opérations critiques liées à la qualité avec les outils du LEAN. Identifier les écarts, points de blocage ou axes d’amélioration dans les processus existants. Proposer des actions concrètes d’optimisation en lien avec les standards qualité et les objectifs de performance. Participer à la mise en œuvre de ces actions avec les équipes concernées. Contribuer à la formalisation de bonnes pratiques et à la mise à jour des supports de formation ou de standardisation. Votre profil : Étudiant(e) en formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur, licence pro, master) avec une spécialisation en qualité, production ou amélioration continue. Vous avez un bon esprit d’analyse, êtes rigoureux(se) et à l’aise dans un environnement industriel. Aisance avec les outils de visualisation de base de données type Looker, spotfire, etc. Vous aimez le travail de terrain et savez interagir avec différents interlocuteurs. Une première expérience en milieu industriel ou en gestion de projet serait un plus. Pourquoi ce stage ? Ce stage vous permettra de développer vos compétences en observation terrain, en analyse de processus et en conduite de plans d’action dans un environnement industriel exigeant.
