Les simulations numériques (calculs éléments finis) doivent prédire le comportement mécanique des pièces testées sur nos bancs d’essais. L’un des nombreux enjeux d’aujourd’hui est la modélisation ainsi que les corrélations calculs/essais des matériaux thermoplastiques. Au sein du centre d’excellence matériaux de Renault, vous intégrerez l’équipe en charge d’alimenter la base de données matériaux, utilisée par les bureaux d’études pour la conception des véhicules. Vos missions : Sous la responsabilité du réfèrent Essais et Modélisation du comportement dynamique des matériaux, vous aurez la charge d’améliorer les corrélation calculs/essais pour différents cas de chargement et pour différents types de matières (TP / Composite / Elastomère …). Pour ce faire, l’apprentissage se déroulera en plusieurs étapes : Prise en main des moyens d'essais, Mise au point et réalisation de campagnes d'essais de caractérisation sur éprouvettes. Mise au point et réalisation de campagnes de validation sur démonstrateur. Prise en main des codes de calculs utilisés chez Renault Mise à jours/création de modèles numérique (statique et dynamique) Validation en simulation numériques des lois de comportement Qui êtes-vous ? Vous êtes à la recherche d'une alternance pour une durée de 3 ans afin de préparer votre cycle ingénieur. Vous aimez le monde de la simulation numérique mais la science des matériaux vous intrigue.
