Finalités de la mission : Contribuer au travers des différentes missions de Renault Ventes au Personnel à l’atteinte des objectifs fixés par la DCF. Apprendre à vendre, financer et à livrer aux collaborateurs Renault et retraités du Groupe des véhicules neufs. Développer les ventes du groupe en France pour contribuer à l’objectif de croissance. Contribuer à l’engagement de profitabilité de la DCF. Apprendre à vendre les financements et services de notre filiale MFS RCI. Vos missions : Accueillir et conseiller les clients sur la Vente et les Financements et Services, Contribuer à la satisfaction client Travailler en relation avec le Conseiller Commercial et Services MFS, Faire les Relances Clients à 7 jours et 36 mois en utilisant l’outil Dossiers Clients, suivant la préconisation du manager agence. Proposer et inscrire les Clients potentiels sur RVP online. Gestion du planning essai et des retours de prêts ( planning , feuille de prêt… ) Faire un point quotidien du planning de congé. Veiller à la bonne application des Standards RVP (Accueil, Affichage, Show-Room VN), Respecter les procédures commerciales fixées par RVP. Gérer les actions marketing en relation avec le manager agence. Qui êtes-vous ? Etudiant.e en école de commerce, vous recherchez une alternance de deux à trois ans.
