Une expérience utile, formatrice et porteuse de sens, quelle que soit la fonction. Vos missions Vous contribuerez aux cotés du Product Owner aux activites suivantes: 1. Contribuer à la vision produit Participer à la collecte des besoins métier auprès des équipes. Aider à clarifier les enjeux, la vision et les objectifs du produit. Contribuer à la roadmap fonctionnelle. 2. Participer à la gestion du Backlog Rédiger et affiner des User Stories avec les critères d’acceptation. Prioriser en fonction de la valeur métier (business value). Assurer la bonne compréhension des besoins auprès des équipes de développement. 3. Suivi opérationnel des développements Participer aux cérémonies Agile (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Rétrospective). Suivre l’avancement : développement, tests, démonstrations, retours utilisateurs. Tester et valider les développements avant mise en production. Contribuer au suivi des anomalies et à la gestion du cycle de vie du produit. 4. Analyse et amélioration continue Participer au recueil des retours utilisateurs et à leur analyse. Contribuer à l’amélioration de l’expérience utilisateur (UX). Participer aux travaux de standardisation et de gouvernance du rôle PO en interne 5. Communication & coordination Préparer des supports de communication et présenter l’avancement aux parties prenantes. Travailler en lien avec les développeurs, designers, métiers, data analysts et product leaders. Qui êtes-vous ? Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau BAC +5 de type Master universitaire ou école de commerce spécialisé en informatique, digital, gestion de projet, UX, data, business, ingénierie… et vous recherchez un contrat d’apprentissage de 24 mois. La maîtrise du pack office est indispensable (Word, Excel, PowerpPoint). Vous êtes reconnu.e pour vos qualités organisationnelles, votre dynamisme et votre capacité à travailler en équipe.
