Vous collaborez avec les équipes de la Direction Marketing France pour définir et mettre à jour des parcours client digitaux. Vos missions : En tant que Chef de projet Digital , vous contribuerez à la gestion et à l’animation des sites Renault & Dacia France, avec une approche orientée client et une communication digitale engageante. Vos missions seront les suivantes : Publication d’articles Renault et Dacia Mag Pilotage du chat sur nos sites Renault & Dacia Gestion des forums de communauté Dacia et Renault (modération, écoute sociale, création d’articles, gestion des membres, etc. Suivi de la performance de ces modules / parcours client Benchmarks pour répondre aux besoins métiers : VN, SRC, Parcours client… Veille concurrentielle Le poste permet également de travailler en transverse avec d’autres métiers de la Direction Marketing France : chefs de produits, chefs de marché, responsables Pub & social média, etc. Qui êtes-vous ? Vous êtes étudiant BAC+4 ou BAC+5 et recherchez un contrat d'alternance d’un an ou deux ans dans le cadre de vos études. Vous avez un fort attrait pour les métiers du Digital, de l’Analytics, du Content et de l’UX. Vous aimez relever les défis, évoluer dans un environnement international et rester informé des innovations en communication Votre polyvalence et votre autonomie vous permettent de passer efficacement d’un sujet à l’autre.
