Notre site est actuellement challengé sur les 10 MR (Minimum Requirements), comprenant 74 critères de sécurité couvrant plusieurs axes clés : 5S, produits chimiques, technique machine, plan de prévention, et bien d’autres. Pour accompagner cette dynamique, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire HSE motivé(e) pour renforcer notre démarche sécurité et soutenir les équipes opérationnelles. Une expérience utile, formatrice et porteuse de sens, quelle que soit la fonction. Vos missions : Rattaché(e) au service HSE et en collaboration étroite avec le correspondant sécurité, vous interviendrez sur un périmètre large et structurant. Vos missions incluront notamment : Guider le personnel de maintenance dans la mise aux normes sécurité des installations. Participer à l’analyse des risques et à la définition d’actions correctives. Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des exigences liées aux 10 MR et leurs 74 critères. Participer à la formation et à la sensibilisation des opérateurs sur les bonnes pratiques HSE. Appuyer les équipes dans l’appropriation des standards (5S, gestion des produits chimiques, consignation, etc.). Mettre à jour et structurer la documentation HSE : procédures, modes opératoires, plans de prévention, fiches de poste, registres réglementaires. Contribuer au suivi de la conformité réglementaire des installations et équipements. Participer à la préparation des audits internes et externes. Qui êtes-vous ? Étudiant(e) en Bac+2 à Bac+5 en HSE, QHSE, prévention des risques ou domaine équivalent. Intérêt pour les environnements industriels et les problématiques de sécurité. Aisance relationnelle, pédagogie et capacité à accompagner le changement. Rigueur, sens de l’analyse et autonomie. Maîtrise du Pack Office.
