Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Marketing Digital d'Alpine, la marque sportive et premium du groupe Renault, l’apprenti(e) chef(fe) de projet digital accompagne l'équipe Digitale dans ses missions quotidiennes pour proposer la meilleure expérience à nos clients et prospects sur toutes nos interfaces web et applicatives. Vos missions : Assure la conception et la mise à jour de tableaux de bord de suivi de la performance digitale et marketing. Analyse les parcours utilisateurs à l’aide d’outils comme Google Analytics 4, Content Square, GetFeedback et AppFigures. Réalise des analyses ponctuelles sur des fonctionnalités ou parties du site spécifiques, de la sortie des données aux recommandations opérationnelles. Assure la gestion des projets CRO – conversion rate optimization : mise en place d’A/B test / personnalisation etc… Qui êtes-vous ? Vous suivez une formation en marketing digital / business intelligence / expérience client et recherchez une alternance sur 2 ans Vous vous intéressez aux dernières technologies du web, aux parcours client et nouvelles solutions en marketing digital. Vous avez l'esprit analytique, aimez les chiffres et les faire parler. La curiosité est votre moteur. Vous maitrisez la suite Office, Excel, et Google Analytics. Des bases HTML et SQL, et une connaissance d'outils comme Content Square, Kameleoon seraient un plus Anglais écrit et parlé, communication en anglais quotidienne.
