Resolución de incidencias logísticas en coordinación con proveedores de piezas y transportistas. Gestión de necesidades para el transporte de embalajes vacíos , garantizando su disponibilidad y optimización. Extracción y análisis de KPIs logísticos , contribuyendo al control y mejora del rendimiento operacional. Participación en la digitalización de herramientas y procesos logísticos , impulsando la modernización del departamento. Estudios de optimización logística , incluyendo mejora de la tasa de llenado, reducción de kilómetros recorridos en vacío y propuestas de eficiencia.
