Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines France, vous rejoignez l’équipe Learning & Development pour jouer un rôle clé dans le développement des compétences de nos collaborateurs. Vos missions : Vous accompagnez les entités, les équipes métiers et les RH dans l’identification et la mise en œuvre de leurs besoins en formation. Vous déployez les formations de notre université d’entreprise, ReKnow University , en les adaptant aux besoins locaux et conformément à nos processus qualité. Vous coordonnez l’inscription des personnels de société extérieures et assurez les interactions avec les équipes Ingénierie et Qualité . Vous contribuez à l’amélioration continue des processus Learning & Development et à la promotion des activités de formation via différents canaux de communication. Vous gérez les achats liés aux prestations logistiques de formation en lien avec notre prestataire. Qui êtes-vous ? Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Master (Bac+4/5) en Ressources Humaines , Management ou équivalent. Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils digitaux : Systèmes d’Information RH (SIRH) , Learning Management Systems (LMS) , outils de gestion des achats. Vous faites preuve de curiosité , de rigueur , d’un excellent relationnel et d’une forte capacité d’organisation . Vous appréciez le travail en équipe dans un environnement hybride. Votre sens de la confidentialité est indispensable. Un bon niveau d’ anglais est un plus dans notre environnement international. Vous souhaitez participer à l’aventure de l’automobile de demain ?
