Rattaché(e) à la Direction Juridique du Groupe Renault, vous effectuerez vos missions en étant rattaché(e) à la Responsable du Département Droit Social. Le périmètre de la Direction Juridique s’étend à l’ensemble du Groupe Renault. Le département Droit Social traite de sujets en matière sociale essentiellement sur le périmètre France. Localisation du poste : Boulogne-Billancourt (92). Vos missions  : Participation à la gestion des contentieux sociaux devant les juridictions sociales Instruction des dossiers contentieux individuels et collectifs, notamment contestation de licenciements, demande de requalification de missions d’intérim ou de contrats de prestation, contestation de désignation de représentants du personnel, contestation d’expertise CSE, contentieux relatifs à la paie… Instruction des dossiers d’accidents de travail et de maladie professionnelle devant le tribunal judiciaire Mission de conseil en droit social Conseil auprès des établissements Renault s.a.s. et filiale France sur des questions relevant des thématiques sociales (procédure de licenciement, dossiers d’inaptitude, rédaction de lettre de réserves, questions IRP…) Rédaction de synthèse des décisions de justice obtenues Mise en place de formations Création ou mise à jour de supports de formation à destination de nos clients internes sur des questions de droit du travail Qui êtes-vous ? Bac+5, Master 2 en Droit social et RH. Vous recherchez une alternance d'un an. Vous maîtrisez le pack Office. Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, rigueur juridique.
