About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an AI Solutions Developer - Copilot Studio . This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Design, develop, enhance, and deploy intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems like Workday and ServiceNow Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Copilot experiences. Optimize and maintain existing Copilot solutions for performance and scalability. About You We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:  Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.). Strong understanding of Power Platform Solution management, environments, and deployment Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and related AI development tools. Proficiency in building conversational AI solutions, with exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio preferred. Experience developing low-code/no-code AI solutions, ideally using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Ability to quickly learn and apply Microsoft Copilot Studio for creating and deploying AI solutions. Strong understanding of Generative/Agentic AI and Responsible AI Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns. Ability to apply best practices in low code development Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps) for extending Power Platform capabilities. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferrred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certification. Experience with consuming RESTful APIs and SOAP web services Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Prior experience in developing enterprise-grade applications using Power Platform. Knowledge of security and governance within Power Platform environments.
