About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Vendor Inquiry Management Specialist . This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines . Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Research, investigate and respond to inquiries and requests from vendors and business unit personnel related to procurement and accounts payable processes thru email, hotline and Garner Lighthouse system Collaborate with S2P teams to address vendor and BU concerns   Demonstrate strong business focus by ensuring timely and accurate response to customer queries   Initiate and implement process improvements to sustain/increase quality of work, realize efficiencies and/or make the processes more effective   Understand the Accounts Payable and Procurement workflow which include process objectives, logic behind processes, risks involved and process connectivity Administration and user access maintenance of Garner Lighthouse system for global users   Other Admin and Ad-hoc Activities as may be assigned by the Team Leader About You We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
