We are looking for  Banking Technical consultant to manage our projects for the next generation’s banking and insurance industry & also in the newer areas relating to Financial Products Sub-Ledger (FPS) & Financial Services Data Management (FSDM).  For the team augmentation we are looking for a Business Process Consultant who can drive these focus topics from a competency standpoint  This unique career opportunity combines all advantages of the RENOWNED AND WORLDWIDE LEADING SAP PLATFORM and the SPEED & AGILITY OF A START-UP ORGANIZATION. With a global network of partners, the operations will focus on more than 10 countries in Europe, North & Latin America and APAC. Role description  Proven success in contributing within a team environment  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment  Willing to learn new skills and grow towards the organization’s vison  Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills  Technical analysis and documentation of integrated systems  Provide expert advice on SAP functionality, change management and other advisory services  Suggest solutions to customer based on best practice  Provide guidance on test plans and end-user documentation  Expectation and Tasks  Engineering graduate/MBA from a reputed university with 8 to 11 years professional experience   Consultant with hands-on experience on SAP FSDM (Financial Services Data Management) Implementation projects with very good understanding of core business processes of Banks and/or Insurance firms  Well versed with most of the following SAP FSDM key features and Data Models -   Basic understanding of the Business processes of Banking and/or Insurance firms  Knowledge of FSDM Conceptual and Physical data models  Experience in working with Power Designer (could be other Data Modelling tools)   Model (CDM/PDM) Enhancements/Extensions   Deployment of Models or enhancements into Customer Landscape  Basic Understanding of ETL Tools & Functionalities (SAP or non-SAP)  Knowledge of SAP Transport Management including GIT Hub  Experience on HANA Modelling (Flowgraphs, Calculation Views, Projections etc.)  Experience in integration of SAP solutions such as SAC, FPSL, S/4GL, PaPM  Hands-on knowledge on SAP BW (BW on HANA or BW4HANA is a plus)  Niche areas like exposure to Risk Modelling, Actuarial processes would be of added value     Capable to create application specific detailed designs and ensure on-time and good quality delivery.  Possess good communication skills with right attitude & drive to work with various stakeholders including Business Analysts, Solution & Technical architects etc.  What we offer  Lead the future design of digital finance solutions for the FSI platform of SAP, one of the leading global platforms for financial services customers   Be part of a small, high-performance team and create exceptional, ground-breaking solutions  Become a leading FSIS innovator with corresponding market reputation and advance your career to leadership in Finance  Benefit from a prestigious brand and a global range of customers  Take advantage of extensive decision-making powers  Enjoy the freedom of acting straightforward: Implement new concepts right away within a lean design and development cycle
