Role Description In this role as a  (Senior) ABAP Developer , you will play a key role in the development and support of our flagship products, FSDM (Financial Services Data Management) and FDS (Finance Data Suite), powerful data platform tools designed for bank management. FSDM and FDS enable our clients to gain real-time insights, drive business growth, and support enterprise-level financial accounting, regulatory reporting, and analytics. Key Responsibilities As part of our agile Scrum teams, you will: Design, develop, and maintain software modules for FSDM and FDS using ABAP and other SAP technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile development practices Analyze and resolve software issues efficiently and effectively Optimize the platform for performance and scalability Produce high-quality technical documentation   Your Impact You drive more efficient digital processes within the module functionalities for our customers and are a key contributor to both the implementation and the further development of the module. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the solutions we develop are seamlessly implemented and integrated into the existing infrastructure of our banking clients. A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Natural Sciences, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development or software development Solid programming skills in ABAP and SQL, along with advanced knowledge of databases and operating systems incl. SAP CDS & ODATA Services A passion for coding, with a willingness to deepen your skills - especially in financial technology / financial software development. Background in S/4HANA FSDM, S/4HANA Finance, or banking application development. Hands-on experience with agile development processes. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, ideally with experience using Fiori is a plus. A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and contribute effectively across various challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A customer-focused approach and strong team spirit. A commitment to agile/scrum development methodologies. Fluency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
