In this fast-paced, globally expanding environment, Sales Leads are key drivers of growth—building strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities, and shaping the future of insurance technology.  As a Sales Lead in Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic client engagement and accelerating solution adoption across leading insurance providers. Drawing on deep industry expertise in life, health, and general insurance, you will collaborate closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to craft tailored solution strategies, unlock new revenue streams, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.    Key Responsibilities:  Build and nurture strategic relationships with insurance companies and industry partners.  Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with SAP Fioneer’s insurance portfolio.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present customized solution proposals.  Lead impactful sales engagements, including presentations, workshops, and executive briefings.  Ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.     Qualifications:    Minimum 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, insurance solutions or similar enterprise platforms.  Proven track record in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or solution consulting within insurance.  Deep understanding of insurance industry trends, regulatory challenges, and digital transformation drivers.  Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate client needs into scalable solution opportunities.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.  Comfortable operating independently in a remote or hybrid work environment.
