Zweck der Position: Wir suchen eine/n detailorientierte Wirtschaftsjuristen/in (m/w/x) zur Betreuung von Kundenverträgen, Ausschreibungen und zugehöriger Dokumentation in ganz Europa. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit den Bereichen Sales, Technischer Support und Recht zusammen, um Verträge und Ausschreibungsunterlagen vorzubereiten, zu prüfen und abzuschließen. Die gesamte Kundenkommunikation sowie das Projekttracking erfolgen über das CRM-System von Thorlabs.    Aufgabenbereich (umfasst unter anderem):   Prüfung, Erstellung und Koordination von Kundenverträgen sowie Ausschreibungsunterlagen  Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern (z. B. Technischer Support, Vertrieb, Rechtsabteilung), um vollständige und regelkonforme Ausschreibungen sicherzustellen  Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Teams zur Klärung von Anforderungen über das CRM-System  Nachverfolgung und Überwachung des Vertrags- und Projektfortschritts zur Sicherstellung termingerechter Umsetzung und Compliance  Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business-Development-Team zur Identifikation und Entwicklung neuer Märkte und Technologien in diesem Bereich  Unterstützung bei komplexen Auftragsabwicklungen sowie Pflege einer klaren und strukturierten internen Dokumentation  Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht, Betriebswirtschaft, International Business oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation  Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Vertragsadministration, im Vertriebsinnendienst, im Ausschreibungsmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren kundenorientierten Position von Vorteil Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift  Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsfähigkeit sowie Verständnis für vertragliche und rechtliche Inhalte  Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit  Proaktive, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit, mehrere Fristen in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu koordinieren
