Als Team Lead bist du operativer Dreh- und Angelpunkt, führst ein engagiertes Team und trägst dazu bei, dass Waren zuverlässig, effizient und termingerecht ihren Weg finden.   Disziplinarische Führung und operative Leitung unseres Shipping-Teams mit Fokus auf Warenausgang, Transportdienstleister und Zoll. Leitung des Queue-Control-sowie des Customs- Teams Sicherstellung und Überwachung des Intercompany-Beschaffungsprozesses Verantwortung für die Koordination von Kunden-, Zoll- und Speditionsanforderungen Steuerung der Kooperation mit externen Dienstleistern, insbesondere Speditionen, einschließlich Onboarding und Offboarding Identifizierung und Einleitung von Optimierungspotenzialen in den Abläufen zur nachhaltigen Effizienzsteigerung.    Identifizierung und Einleitung von Optimierungspotenzialen in den Abläufen zur nachhaltigen Effizienzsteigerung.    Teamführung mit Fokus auf Coaching, klarer Kommunikation und gemeinsamer Weiterentwicklung   Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – alternativ fundierte Berufserfahrung im Supply-Chain- oder Lagerumfeld   Führungserfahrung in fachlicher und disziplinarischer Hinsicht Ein gutes Verständnis logistischer Abläufe sowie Freude daran, Prozesse zu analysieren und zu verbessern   Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch   Eigenverantwortliches, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein   Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und europäischen Logistikprozessen
