In dieser Rolle unterstützt du unser Thorlabs Accounting Team dabei, finanzielle Zusammenhänge transparent und steuerbar zu machen. Mit fundierten Analysen, klarem Reporting und enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen schaffst du die Basis für gute Entscheidungen in einem internationalen Technologieumfeld. Sicherstellung eines fristgerechten Monatsabschlusses sowie Koordination aller relevanten Abschlussprozesse Erstellung monatlicher Finanz- und Managementberichte inklusive aussagekräftiger Abweichungsanalysen Durchführung fundierter Finanz- und Reporting-Analysen zur Unterstützung des operativen Geschäfts und zur Verbesserung der finanziellen Transparenz Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Business Partnern als finanzielle Ansprechperson zur Optimierung der Geschäftsergebnisse Durchführung wesentlicher Abstimmungen, insbesondere zur Bestandskontrolle des europäischen Warenlagers Mitwirkung bei Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS sowie bei Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen Unterstützung von Audits, Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung sowie des Accounting Managers und der lokalen Finanzleitung Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung (2–4 Jahre) im Controlling, idealerweise in einem international aufgestellten Unternehmen Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung mit Power BI und Power Automate sowie erste Kenntnisse in MS Dynamics 365 von Vorteil Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohes Engagement, klare Kommunikation und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
