Du arbeitest gerne präzise, hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis und Freude an der Montage optoelektronischer Baugruppen. Du bist teamorientiert, qualitätsbewusst und möchtest aktiv dazu beitragen, unsere Produktionsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung im Bereich Optoelektronik oder in der Montage komplexer technischer Systeme mit.   Aufgaben Montage optoelektronischer Geräte und Baugruppen nach detaillierten Arbeitsanweisungen und definierten Qualitätsstandards Feinjustage  / elektrischer Abgleich und Funktionsprüfung der Produkte mithilfe von automatisierten Prüf- und Abgleichprogrammen, die den Mitarbeitenden schrittweise durch den Prozess führen Erkennen und Aussortieren fehlerhafter Komponenten sowie einfache Fehlerbehebung im Montageprozess Arbeiten in einem strukturierten Produktionsumfeld nach den Prinzipien von 5S und Lean Manufacturing Mitwirken an Verbesserungen von Prozessen und Produktqualität Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B., Elektroniker/in für Geräte und Systeme oder vergleichbar) Erfahrung in der Montage und Justage feinmechanischer oder optoelektronischer Systeme von Vorteil Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem Lean-orientierten Produktionsumfeld Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in deutsch
