About the Role In the role of Business Controller, you'll be at the heart of our financial analysis efforts, actively contributing to informed decision-making and improved financial performance. Your role will focus on offering practical guidance and support to our various business units, helping them achieve their financial objectives while staying aligned with our organizational goals. You'll be at the center of exciting projects, acting as a trusted advisor to our business teams and top management. You will drive process optimization and stabilization initiatives to improve controlling efficiency and data accuracy and will be able to lead planning and reporting cycles providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders. Location This role requires you to be based in Munich, ensuring smooth collaboration with your team in our very centrally located Munich office. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling or Business Administration with excellent grades. 2-5 years of first professional experience in controlling, preferably in project and/or business controlling. You are a strong analytical thinker, coupled with a talent for numbers and data interpretation. You have a proven track record in transforming complex data into practical insights. Your approach to complex tasks is adaptable, dynamic, and proactive. Your work ethic is suited for a fast-paced, startup-like environment. You see challenges as opportunities for growth and value the chance to contribute. You're a team player who collaborates effectively across various business areas and stakeholders. You're able to communicate effectively in German and English
