At the same time, you need to be someone who understands the commercial applications of your creative work and will keep impact and results at the forefront of everything you do.   As a Senior Copywriter, your tasks will include the following: Craft engaging and persuasive copy for a wide range of external channels, including websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, digital and print advertising, and product promotional materials.  Translate complex information (especially around certification products like ITIL, PRINCE2, DEVOPS INSTITUTE and LANGUAGECERT) into accessible, audience-friendly messaging.  Lead the development of impactful communication concepts, generating original and strategic ideas that will drive engagement and results.  Write clear and compelling content for internal communications and employer branding, helping to articulate company culture, values, and initiatives.  Collaborate closely with design, digital, product marketing, and brand management teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and campaign execution. Uphold and evolve the PeopleCert brand voice and tone across all communications.  Edit and refine copy written by others to ensure quality and accuracy. Contribute to naming, taglines, campaign concepts and other creative ideas that drive awareness and brand affinity.  Champion creativity and push the boundaries of how we communicate with our audiences.  Ensures their work and presence is aligned with company’s core values — quality, innovation, passion, integrity, clarity, and velocity What we Look for: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications, Languages or Arts. Other academic disciplines may be considered. Master’s degree desirable.  At least 5 years experience in English copywriting, preferably in a Digital Marketing context. Proven track record in campaign development, particularly in concept creation. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native). Expert user of the English language – preferably mother tongue or C2 level at a minimum (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus). Good knowledge of Greek language desirable. Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable. Use of AI tools to support content creation, ideation, and productivity. Excellent editing and proofreading skills. Strong understanding of social media. Ability to write in a variety of tones and styles, catering to different target audience. Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment. If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include: A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence) HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) Financial background check Employment reference check. If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK. In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
