PeopleCertでは、ギリシャ・アテネへの移住が可能なローカライゼーション・アソシエイト（Localisation Associate）を募集しています。  ローカライゼーション・アソシエイトとして、PeopleCertのビジネスおよびIT製品の英語から日本語への翻訳管理を担当していただきます。対象となるコンテンツには、公式書籍、試験、および公式トレーニング教材が含まれます。  本ポジションでは、翻訳プロジェクト全体のライフサイクルを管理し、PeopleCertの高品質基準を満たすことを保証します。主な業務には、翻訳、編集、校正、外部翻訳者（フリーランスおよび言語サービスプロバイダー）や専門家（SME）の選定・オンボーディング・調整が含まれます。また、翻訳精度と一貫性を確保しながら、業務プロセスの最適化にも貢献していただきます。  このポジションでは、エンタープライズ・プロジェクトマネージャー、ローカライゼーション・リード、その他の社内チームと密接に連携し、スムーズなプロジェクト遂行を実現する責任を担います。また、フィードバックの主要な窓口として、必要に応じて問題を特定・エスカレーションし、関係者との円滑な協力関係を維持しながら、プロジェクトの成功に貢献していただきます。  ローカライゼーション・アソシエイトの主な業務内容：  📌 プロジェクトの設定と管理: XTM TMS（翻訳管理システム）を使用して翻訳プロジェクトを作成・管理し、締切・予算・品質基準を満たしながらエンタープライズ・プロジェクトマネージャーと連携します。  📌 AIの活用: 機械翻訳や言語モデルなどのAIツールを導入し、ワークフローの効率化、作業の自動化、高品質な翻訳出力を実現します。  📌 コンテンツのコーディネーション: 英語から日本語への多様なコンテンツの翻訳管理を行い、品質と一貫性を確保するためにコンテンツチームと連携します。  📌 翻訳記録メモリの管理: ファイル類の整理のアライメント、翻訳メモリ記録の更新・管理、翻訳準備を行い、リソースの最適活用を推進します。  📌 外部サプライヤーの管理: 外部翻訳者、言語サービスプロバイダー（LSP）、専門家（SME）の選定・オンボーディング・管理を行い、納期と品質を確保します。プロジェクトの範囲や納品要件を明確に伝え、円滑な業務遂行をサポートします。  📌 品質管理（QA）: 翻訳物の品質チェックを行い、正確性、文化的適合性、技術的精度を保証します。ローカライゼーション・リードと協力し、PeopleCertの品質基準を維持します。  📌 フィードバックと問題解決: 関係者からのフィードバックの主要な窓口となり、問題を積極的に特定・エスカレーションし、ローカライゼーション・リードおよびエンタープライズ・プロジェクトマネージャーと連携します。  📌 業務事務作業: ファイル管理、レポート作成、サプライヤーとのコミュニケーションなどの事務作業を正確かつタイムリーに処理し、社内チームと連携しながらプロジェクトの円滑な進行をサポートします。    求める人物像：  ✅ 語学力: 日本語（出版校正専門家レベル）と英語（ネイティブまたは同等レベル）。LanguageCert C2 LTEまたはC2 IESOLの資格をお持ちの方は尚可。  ✅ 経験: LSP（言語サービスプロバイダー）または翻訳業務における3年以上の経験。英語から日本語への翻訳・ローカライゼーション管理経験必須。教育業界での経験者歓迎。  ✅ 資格: 翻訳資格または翻訳学の修士号（MSc in Translation Studies）があると望ましい。  ✅ プロジェクト管理: 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理し、期限・予算を厳守できるスキル。  ✅ 技術スキル: CATツール、機械翻訳（MT）、翻訳管理システム（TMS）の経験。XTMの使用経験がある方は尚可。  ✅ ファイル管理: MS Office、InDesignなど、さまざまなファイルフォーマットの取り扱い経験。ローカライゼーションにおけるファイルエンジニアリングの知識。ITリテラシー関係の上位ECDLアドバンスト資格保有者歓迎。  ✅ ソフトスキル: コミュニケーション能力、優先順位付け、組織力に優れ、社内外の関係者との円滑な協力関係を構築できる方。  ✅ 自発性: 主体的に行動し、細部に注意を払いながら業務を進められる方。最小限の監督のもとで独立して業務を遂行しながら、関係者との緊密な協力ができる方。    当社が提供する福利厚生：  💰 競争力のある給与パッケージ  🌍 国際的でダイナミックかつ楽しい職場環境  🎓 PeopleCertの資格を毎年2つ無料で受験可能  ☕ オフィスでの無料コーヒー＆ティー提供  📈 グローバルな環境でのベストプラクティスを学ぶ貴重な機会  🏆 継続的な個人およびプロフェッショナルスキルの向上  もしあなたが、世界をリードするソフトウェア製品を開発する、国際的でダイナミックかつアジャイルなチーム の一員になりたいと考えているなら、ぜひご応募ください！ 🚀
